Terms of Use

What this site is

The site tells you about Wolf & Pigeons and lets you apply to work with us. It is not an offer to provide services. Sending an application does not make you a client, and we do not promise to accept any application.

Any work we do together is covered by a separate written agreement that we both sign.

Your application

• Give us accurate information.
• Do not send anything confidential that you are not free to share.
• Do not send anything unlawful, or anything you do not have the right to send.
• We may decline an application for any reason or for none.

We handle what you send as described in our Privacy and Cookies page.

Founding clients and first jobs

A first job is one piece of work with one date, scoped and priced in writing before we start. When we offer a founding rate for a first job, we ask in return for permission to show the work and for a short quote from you. You may ask us to leave your name and your company out. We ask for this permission in writing before we start, and we only show the work once you have agreed.

If a first job goes well, we may talk about working together every month. If it does not, you have what you paid for and owe us nothing more for that job. If the written agreement we sign for the job says something different from this page, that agreement controls.

Our work and content

The words, design, code and images on this site belong to Wolf & Pigeons or to the clients and partners whose work is shown. Client names are sometimes left out on purpose.

You may view the site and share a link to it. You may not copy, reuse or sell anything from it without our written permission.

Wolf & Pigeons and our marks are ours. Other names and marks belong to their owners.

Using the site properly

Please do not do any of the following.

• Break, overload, probe or try to get around the security of the site.
• Use bots or scrapers to copy it, or to send applications in bulk.
• Use it to harm anyone or to break the law.

Links to other sites

The site links to other sites, including our own projects. We do not control them and we are not responsible for what they say or do.

No promises about the site

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided as it is and as available. We do not promise it will be error free, always on, or right for your needs.

Limits on our responsibility

To the fullest extent the law allows, Wolf & Pigeons is not responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential losses that come from using the site. Nothing here limits responsibility that the law does not allow us to limit.

Which law applies

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute about them will be handled in the courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and using the site after a change means you accept it.
